Which Restaurant Offer Christmas Lunch in Singapore in 2026?

Festive Christmas set menu at Typhoon Cafe

Best Spot for Christmas Lunch in Singapore 2026: A Taiwanese Festive Set at Typhoon Cafe, From $18.90++

Christmas dinners get booked weeks ahead and run late. Christmas lunch is the easier celebration: a midday meal with colleagues, a break from gift shopping on Orchard Road, or a relaxed family lunch on the day itself.

For 2026, Typhoon Cafe at Plaza Singapura is serving A Taiwanese Christmas, Taiwan comfort food reimagined for the festive season, with a Christmas lunch set from $18.90++ per person.

What's in the Christmas Lunch Menu?

The Christmas Lunch Menu ($18.90++ per person) is a full festive meal, with a choice at almost every course:

  • Snack (choose 1): Xiao Long Bao (3 pork soup dumplings) or Hua Lien Gua Bao with braised pork belly, pickled cucumber, peanut crumble and coriander

  • Cold: Century Egg Tofu with bonito, pickled cucumber and crispy shallots

  • Main (choose 1): Truffle Honey Glaze Char Siew with rice, or Taiwan Ginger Duck Hotpot with mian xian

  • Dessert (choose 1): Milk Tea Panna Cotta with boba and brown sugar, or Black Sesame Tang Yuan with ginger and osmanthus

  • Drink: Pot-Boiled Milk Tea in Assam Reserved or Mountain Oolong

The ginger duck hotpot is a warming Taiwanese winter favourite, while the truffle char siew puts a festive spin on a classic.

Christmas Lunch for a Group: the Communal Menu

Lunching with family or the team? The Christmas Communal Menu ($28.90++ per person, minimum 2) is made for sharing.

The table gets Stuffed Chicken Wings with Sticky Rice, Taiwanese Fried Chicken Bao and Century Egg Tofu, then both mains to share: the Truffle Honey Glaze Char Siew and the Taiwan Ginger Duck Hotpot (with mian xian or rice).

Everyone picks a dessert, and the set comes with two festive drinks: Lychee Mint Tea with Peach Gum and Winter Melon with Yuzu. It's the easy way for a group to taste everything without ordering one by one.

Save Room for the Santa Matcha Berry Soufflé

Typhoon Cafe is known for its soufflé pancakes, and this year's Christmas special is the Santa Matcha Berry Soufflé ($20.90++), topped with a strawberry Santa. Order one to share after lunch.

Why Christmas Lunch at Typhoon Cafe Singapore Works

December lunches can be rushed, so getting there easily matters. Typhoon Cafe is on Level 4 of Plaza Singapura, linked underground to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, so it suits office groups, shoppers and families alike. Set prices also keep things simple: everyone knows the cost upfront, and nobody has to split a long bill.

Good to know before you book:

  • The Christmas Lunch Menu runs from 1 November 2026 to 7 January 2027, Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 4.30pm, dine-in only. The Communal Menu is available daily, all day.

  • Several dishes contain pork, including the Xiao Long Bao, Hua Lien Gua Bao, char siew and the lap cheong in the chicken wings.

  • Seating is open and air-conditioned, suited to small and medium-sized groups; there is no private dining room.

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but December lunch hours get busy, so reserve ahead.
